For the week of May 18-21

How to be Successful in 8th Grade!

For this activity, you will be making a six sided brochure on how to be successful in 8th grade! Each side of your brochure must include a colored picture representing the topic, and three to four complete sentences of advice of what to do for that topic to ensure success. You may do this on a Google Doc and submit it, or if that is not possible, on a piece of paper.

On the cover of your brochure, include the title: How to Be Successful in 8th Grade with your name and a picture.

Optional Suggestion- Read a book and do a book report over the break. Your book report can be your choice. You can do a poster of the book, you can write a 3 paragraph essay on the book with what happened in the beginning, middle, and end, or you can make a project about your book of any kind. Get creative!

- I encourage you to use the Library Resources web page (on the Etiwanda School District Homepage) so you can keep reading no matter what your age or interests.  You have access to many digital books through our Books for You – eBooks menu, and you won’t have to leave home to buy or borrow a book.
