It's raining this week so it will be a little hard getting outside. Here are a few indoor activities for this week.

M-W-F Do the Get off the Couch worksheet  (It does not need to be turned in just something to get you moving)

T-TH  Walk 100 steps around your house every hour you would be in school

* Lunges and Arms, Flamingos, 3 sets of Flutter kicks (10 seconds each ),20 Crunches,     
10 Push ups, 30 second Mountain climbers, 10 Squats, 20 Jumping Jacks

*You also can keep track of your physical and healthy choices on the attach form
